Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email. Download and print the label to ensure tracked delivery to our warehouse.

Pack Your Fragrance

Securely package the bottle in its original box and outer mailer to prevent breakage during transit, then drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

After our quality control team inspects the returned product, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
